MARIE SHARP’S

This shoot was an absolute blast. The fire and smoke were practical effects, created on set with gear from @pmi_gear, while the sparks were added in post for extra drama. I have a soft spot for this hot sauce - it’s from Belize, just like Morgan! For the setup, we placed the bottle on black acrylic to capture a clean reflection, then carefully lit it on fire using lighter fluid. To position the bottle perfectly, we attached a dowel with sticky tack to the back; during the take, Morgan would pull it back between two other bottles. In post, we reversed the shot, making it look like the bottle was sliding seamlessly into its “hero” spot. Can you tell?
